Thank you for choosing our recording studio services at Studio One. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your experience. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy:
• Refund Eligibility: 1.1. Recording Sessions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with our clients to find suitable solutions. However, refunds for recording sessions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 5-7 bussiness days of the session date to discuss your specific situation. 1.2. Equipment Rental: We do not offer refunds for equipment rentals once the rental period has commenced.
• Exchanges: 2.1. Recording Sessions: In certain cases, we may offer the option to reschedule or exchange a recording session for another available time slot. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 2.2. Equipment Rental: If you encounter issues with the equipment rented from us, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or alternative equipment.
• Digital Downloads:
Studio One will refund your full purchase price providing one (or more) of these conditions are met (conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required):
• Your bank / Paylink account was illegally charged (fraud)
• You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.
• The zip file has not been downloaded. *
• We cannot refund you any monies where you have accessed the sounds either by downloading the zip or opening the CD/DVD media.
• Studio Services:
Studio One will refund your full purchase price providing one (or more) of these conditions are met (conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required):
• Your bank / Paylink account was illegally charged (fraud)
• You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.
• Work on your project has not yet commenced *
• Non-Refundable Items and Services: 4.1. Mixing and Mastering Services: Once mixing or mastering services have been performed and delivered to the client, they are non-refundable. 4.2. Customized or Personalized Recordings: Any recordings specifically created or personalized for a client are non-refundable.
• How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request: 5.1. To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team via help@studioonedtla.com. Provide us with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, if applicable. 5.2. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 days to discuss the next steps.
• Changes to the Policy: 6.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all orders and transactions made after the date of the update.
